For your guidance:-

  • Inspection Visits from the Uk are usually 4 days long - e.g. Fly out on the Thursday and fly back on the Sunday (arriving back in the UK first thing Monday)
  • You can fly into the following airports (In preference order) Orlando International, Sanford or Tampa.
  • You do not need to book a car - We will arrange for a limousine to  pick you up at your arrival airport and take you to your accommodation.  One of our US Real Estate Consultants will drive and escort you around the developments and answer all your questions.   At the end of the trip a limousine will take you back to your departing airport.
  • Inspection Tours start at 09:30 hours on Tuesday to Saturday, and 11:00 hours Sunday and Monday.
  • Orlando, Florida is 5 hours behind UK time - They change their clocks to Summertime on the first Sunday in April, and change back on the same night as we do in the UK.
